As a Platform Success Manager (PSM), you’ll be the secret sauce behind our clients’ success—teaching them the ins and outs of the Kotis platform, solving technical puzzles, and helping them get serious value from day one (and every day after). You’ll help clients unlock the full power of the Kotis platform—from onboarding to long-term adoption, you’ll empower clients to become swag pros, all while keeping their goals front and center.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Client Enablement & Platform Training 
  • Lead engaging training sessions that make clients feel like pros by the end of the onboarding. 
  • Translate platform features into “a-ha” moments for everyone—from marketers to IT leads. 
  • Build and maintain training content: think live sessions, videos, guides, GIFs—whatever gets the job done. 
  • Keep clients in the loop on new features, integrations, and enhancements to level up their swag game.
Client Strategy & Success Alignment
  • Understand and align with customer goals—from high-level business objectives to tactical execution plans—to ensure the Kotis platform drives measurable value. 
  • Analyze client usage patterns, engagement data, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for deeper adoption and proactive outreach. 
  • Act as a client advocate with management—sharing feedback, surfacing feature requests, and identifying risk factors for churn. 
  • Proactively reach out to clients via HubSpot with thoughtful, data-informed suggestions on how Kotis can add value 
  • Bring the fun to the client experience by making swag ordering feel seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable   
  • Maintain a revenue-oriented mindset by ensuring clients are fully utilizing platform tools and features that drive efficiency, engagement, and long-term value—supporting overall account health and retention 
Technical Support & Problem Solving 
  • Help clients troubleshoot issues with speed, clarity, and good vibes. 
  • Understand enough about CRMs, e-comm platforms, admin dashboards, and UI/UX to connect the dots and fix stuff fast. 
  • Constantly look for ways to make the platform experience smoother and more intuitive.

  • Happy clients who feel empowered and trained up. 
  • Lightning-fast onboarding and high platform adoption. 
  • Increased client self-sufficiency + feature utilization. 
  • Proactive, data-driven client outreach and issue resolution. 
  • Mastery of the Kotis platform (and a slightly unhealthy love for swag).
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • 4+ years of experience in client enablement, customer training, or tech-focused customer success. 
  • A natural knack for explaining complex stuff in simple, human terms. 
  • Expertise and comfort working with both the C-suite and the folks deep in the backend. 
  • Proven track record with handling Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Analytical mindset with a healthy obsession for client outcomes. 
  • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot is our jam), knowledge centers, and all the other nerdy-yet-necessary tools. 
  • A love for process improvement—and for making things easier, faster, and better. 
  • Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in HTML, system integrations, or UX tools. 
COMPENSATION
$80K annual base plus 20% variable pay potential
