KITTING ASSOCIATE
Working at our Ogden fulfillment center, you'll play a key role in creating memorable unboxing experiences through our custom kitting programs. From assembling new hire kits to carefully curated swag boxes, you'll combine creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to bring each kit to life. With standard Monday-Friday business hours, you'll enjoy a predictable schedule while working hands-on with unique products and custom merchandise. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble and complete client kitting projects according to job proofs, instructions, branding requirements, and packaging standards
  • Think creatively to build visually appealing kits
  • Verify SKUs, logos, colors, sizes, quantities, packaging, inserts, and overall presentation through QA/QC processes.
  • Prepare shipping paperwork, box labels, SKU labels, and other production labels as required.
  • Operate supported production equipment, including Epson label printers and the handwriting machine based on training level.
  • Troubleshoot and work through technical issues if they arise
  • Clean and organize work areas 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Creative, crafty, and quality-focused mindset
  • Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and troubleshoot basic equipment 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Lift and/or move up to 30 lbs at times
  • Regularly stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms
  • Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception, and ability to identify colors
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend complex written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
  • Solid basic math skills and a good ability to keep track of quantities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Additionally, while performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to warm or cold weather. The noise level in the work environment is often loud.
